The top picture was the beginning when we leased the building.
The second picture is with the lime wash effect. We had that on the building for about 5 months.
The third picture, shows what we did to brighten it up. We decided to go solid white on the bricks. We love it, and we added a smashed pumpkin to the insets for a bright pop of color. As to painting the bricks, they had graffiti that was not removable, which is why they received the lime wash treatment to begin with. As to the bright white, we think it makes the building look taller and more inviting.
The last picture is the side of the building. It originally had a green awning, we replaced it with black. This is closed, as normally, there are large black gates that are open, and matching black tables and awnings out front.
